The 2021 'Remember & Rejoice event was virtual.

The 24th annual ‘Remember & Rejoice’ ecumenical service, honoring all donors and their families who selflessly chose to save lives through organ donation, was held Saturday April 13, 2019 at St. Patrick's Cathedral on 5th Avenue in New York City. It is the single largest gathering of donor families and transplant recipients in the country.
